St Mary le Ghyll Church, Barnoldswick

 

The church of St Mary le Ghyll is situated about a mile and a half north-east of Barnoldswick on the edge of a deep glen.

Barnoldswick is now a part of Lancashire, although historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire.

The church itself is situated just on the border between the two counties - near OS grid reference SD893480.
